$ $120 + taxes per session

  • This is the perfect space to focus on your technique, progress at your own pace, and receive full support.

Semi-Private Sessions

$ $240 + tax / month (2 sessions per week)
  • Group Size: 2 to 6 people
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • A personalized experience with the energy of training in a small group.
  • Structured group programming with built-in progressions for different levels.

Hybrid Programming

  • Includes: 2 in-person sessions per month + virtual support via app

  • We combine in-person sessions at Studio B. with structured online programming (delivered through an app with videos, workouts, and personalized follow-up).

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have an active monthly package, you can freeze it in case of travel or an extended absence. We just ask that you notify us at least 15 days in advance so we can reschedule your spot. Conditions may apply depending on the package.

Yes. You can move between modalities (from 1:1 to semi-private, switch to hybrid, etc.) depending on your needs and lifestyle. These are our three main packages to give some structure, but we’re flexible—the goal is to find the format that fits you best.

Yes. Some people who travel often or live part-time in Nosara do this. We’ll chat to figure out the structure that works best for you.

Not at all. At Studio B we work with all levels of experience. The idea is that you feel comfortable in your body and your process, and that training adapts to you. Our role is to guide you with clarity and respect, starting from where you are.

All sessions are offered in English or Spanish, and we work with people from all around the world.
